TODAY

A warm front will continue to lift through the region with periods of showers throughout the day.  Winds will be from the south at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 30 mph at times.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 50s over the interior and upper 50s to mid-60s along the coast for highs.

TONIGHT

The cold front will follow with showers, heavy at times, through the late evening followed by clearing skies after midnight.  Winds will veer to the west at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 25 mph at times.  Temperatures will fall into the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for highs.

WEDNESDAY

An area of low pressure will track from the Tennessee River Valley towards the coastal waters with periods of rain and snow along the coast and light snow over the interior from the late morning through the evening hours.  Details on snowfall accumulation can be found on the map below.  Winds will be from the north at 5 to 10 mph.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for highs.

THURSDAY

High pressure will produce clear skies and tranquil weather conditions.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for highs.

FRIDAY

A warm front will lift through the region with scattered showers expected in the afternoon and evening.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for highs.

SATURDAY 

A cold front will slowly move through the region with periods of rain, heavy at times.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 50s over the interior and lower to mid-60s along the coast for highs.

SUNDAY

The cold front will linger off the coast with a wave of low pressure producing periods of rain throughout much of the region, mixing with snow and sleet for the higher elevations in the Poconos and Catskills.  Temperatures will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s over the interior and mid to upper 30s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for highs.

MONDAY

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-40s over the interior and upper 40s to lower 50s along the coast for highs.
