  Northwest Suffolk, Northeast Suffolk, Southwest Suffolk and
  Southeast Suffolk Counties.

* WHEN...From late Thursday night through Friday morning.

* IMPACTS...Damaging winds could bring down numerous tree limbs,
  and down scattered trees and power lines. Power outages are
  possible. Travel could be difficult, especially for high profile
  vehicles.
