* Delaware, northeastern Maryland, much of southeastern
Pennsylvania, and southwestern, central, and northern New
Jersey.
* From 11 AM EDT this morning through this evening
* Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms primarily this
afternoon and evening will be capable of heavy rain leading to
flash flooding.
* Multiple recent heavy rain events have left many areas more
vulnerable than normal to flash flooding, with the ground
remaining saturated.

The National Weather Service in Mount Holly has expanded the
* Flash Flood Watch for much of southeastern Pennsylvania and
central and northern New Jersey.
* From 11 AM EDT this morning through this evening
* Very slow moving showers and thunderstorms primarily this
afternoon and evening will be capable of heavy rain leading to
flash flooding.
* Multiple recent heavy rain events have left many areas more
vulnerable than normal to flash flooding, with the ground
remaining saturated.

EVENING...
The National Weather Service in State College has issued a
* Flash Flood Watch for a portion of central Pennsylvania,
including the following areas, Lancaster and York.
* From noon EDT today through this evening
* Numerous showers and thunderstorms will develop over southern
Pennsylvania today in the vicinity of a stalling front. The
watch area has been very wet recently. Only slightly more than
1 inch of rain in one hour may be necessary to cause flash
flooding.
