   The NWS Storm Prediction Center has issued a

   * Severe Thunderstorm Watch for portions of 
     District Of Columbia
     Delaware
     Maryland
     Southern New Jersey
     South-central and southeast Pennsylvania
     Northern Virginia
     Eastern West Virginia Panhandle
     Coastal Waters

   * Effective this Friday afternoon and evening from 135 PM until
     800 PM EDT.

   * Primary threats include...
     Scattered damaging wind gusts to 70 mph possible

   SUMMARY...Multiple clusters across south-central Pennsylvania should
   spread east-southeast through at least early evening with a primary
   risk of scattered damaging winds.

   The severe thunderstorm watch area is approximately along and 85
   statute miles either side of a line from 40 miles east northeast of
   Harrisburg PA to 25 miles southwest of Baltimore MD. For a complete
