High pressure will continue to provide some of the best weather of the year with clear skies and comfortable conditions.  However, the dry weather may produce a fire danger so use caution!

 

High pressure will drift to the north of the region today on through tomorrow with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Winds will back from the northeast to northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 50s to mid-60s for highs this afternoon.  Temperatures tomorrow will range from the mid-30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid-40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-60s for highs.

 

High pressure will remain in control over the region on Tuesday while a powerful storm along with the remnants of Teddy lifts into the Canadian Maritimes with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph with gusts over 20 mph at times.  Temperatures on Tuesday will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s over the interior and mid-40s to lower 50s along the coast for lows and mid-60s to lower 70s for highs.

 

High pressure will continue to provide clear skies to scattered cloud cover on Wednesday and Thursday.  Temperatures on Wednesday will range from the upper 40s to mid-50s for lows and lower to mid-70s for highs.  Temperatures on Thursday will range from the mid to upper 50s for lows and mid-70s to lower 80s for highs.

 

A cold front will pass through the region on Friday with isolated to widely scattered showers in the afternoon and evening hours.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the mid to upper 50s for lows and upper 70s to mid-80s for highs.

 

High pressure will be in control on Saturday with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Temperatures will range from the upper 50s to lower 60s for lows and upper 70s to mid-80s for highs.

 

A cold front will follow on Sunday with widely scattered showers in the afternoon and evening.  Temperatures on Sunday will range from the mid to upper 60s for lows and upper 60s to mid-70s for highs.
