The upcoming week is expected to be quiet overall but a few pesky showers will be a threat from time to time.

 

An area of low pressure off the coast and a cold front approaching from the west will produce the threat for scattered showers along with broken cloud cover through this afternoon.  Skies will clear towards the evening.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 60s for highs this afternoon.

 

High pressure will be in control tonight on through tomorrow with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Winds will develop out of the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures tomorrow will range from the upper 40s to mid-50s for lows and mid-60s to lower 70s for highs.

 

A cold front will approach on Wednesday with increasing clouds throughout the day and showers in the evening.  Winds will be from the southwest at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 25 mph at times.  Temperatures on Wednesday will range from the mid to upper 50s for lows and lower to mid-70s for highs.

 

The cold front will exit on early Thursday morning with a few showers followed by clearing skies.  Temperatures on Thursday will range from the lower to mid-50s for lows and mid to upper 60s for highs.

 

High pressure will be in control Friday on through Monday with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the mid-30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for lows and upper 50s to mid-60s for highs.  Temperatures on Saturday will range from the mid-40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid-50s along the coast for lows and upper 60s to lower 70s for highs.  Temperatures on Sunday will range from the upper 50s to lower 60s for lows and lower to mid-60s for highs.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the mid-30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid-40s along the coast for lows and mid-60s to lower 60s for highs.
