Widespread rainfall invades tonight as the remnants of Delta invades the region with rainfall amounts over 2" in some locations, especially along the coast.

 

A cold front will continue to drop south through this afternoon, slowly stalling just south of the region with broken to overcast clouds and isolated showers.  Winds will be from the northeast at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 60s for highs.

 

Waves of rainfall will invade towards midnight tonight and continue on through tomorrow morning.  Winds will be from the east at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 25 mph at times.  Temperatures will fall into the lower to mid-50s for lows.

 

An area of low pressure will pass through the region tomorrow with waves of rainfall expected, heavy at times.  Winds will be from the east at 10 to 20 mph with gusts over 25 mph at times.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 50s for highs.

 

A strong cold front will follow on Tuesday morning with periods of showers followed by clearing skies in the afternoon and evening.  Rainfall amounts from tonight through Tuesday morning will range from 1" to 2" with localized amounts up to 3", most likely along the coast.  Winds will back to the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures on Tuesday will range from the mid to upper 50s for lows and lower to mid-60s for highs.

 

High pressure will be in control on Wednesday with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Temperatures on Wednesday will range from the mid to upper 40s for lows and mid to upper 60s for highs.

 

A series of cold fronts will move through the region Thursday on through Saturday with isolated to widely scattered showers.  Temperatures on Thursday will range from the lower to mid-50s for lows and lower to mid-70s for highs.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the mid to upper 60s for lows and lower to mid-70s for highs.  Temperatures on Saturday will range from the mid-40s to lower 50s for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to mid-60s along the coast for highs.

 

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered cloud cover on Sunday.  Temperatures on Sunday will range from the mid-30s to lower 40s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for lows and upper 50s to mid-60s for highs.
