Excellent weather conditions this weekend will give way to onshore winds and overcast skies by the middle of next week.  Heavy rainfall and thunderstorms will be a threat by the end of the week.

 

High pressure will be in control through tomorrow with clear skies to scattered clouds.  Winds will be light and variable through the weekend.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 40s to mid-50s for highs this afternoon.  Temperatures tomorrow will range from the upper 20s to the lower 30s for lows and mid-50s to lower 60s for highs.

 

High pressure will exit on Monday with scattered to broken cloud cover.  Winds will develop out of the east at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures on Monday will range from the upper 20s to lower 30s for lows and mid-50s to lower 60s for highs.

 

High pressure will settle off the coast Tuesday through Thursday with onshore winds, scattered to broken clouds over the interior, and broken to overcast skies with isolated showers along the coast.  Temperatures on Tuesday will range from the upper 20s to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for lows and upper 50s to mid-60s for highs.  Temperatures on Wednesday will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s for lows and upper 50s to mid-60s for highs.  Temperatures on Thursday will range from the mid to upper 40s for lows and mid-50s to lower 60s for highs.

 

A powerful cold front on Friday will produce periods of rain, heavy at times, and embedded thunderstorms.  Temperatures on Friday will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and mid-50s to lower 60s along the coast for lows and mid-50s to lower 60s on the coast and mid-60s elsewhere for highs.

 

High pressure will produce scattered clouds on Saturday.  Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s for lows and lower to mid-60s along the coast and mid-60s to lower 70s elsewhere for highs.
