Tropical storm watches have been expanded to include much of Long Island and coastal Connecticut for Friday morning into Friday afternoon. Tropical storm conditions are expected with rainfall amounts of 2" to 4", sustained winds up to 40 mph with gusts
up to 75 mph, minor coastal flooding, and very poor travel conditions.
