The remnants of Ida have left the region with significant flash flooding and urban flooding throughout the region.  Dry weather will be in place for much of the Labor Day Weekend.

TODAY

High pressure will build into the region today with scattered clouds to clear skies with a significant drop of humidity.  Winds will be from the northwest at 10 to 20 mph with higher gusts at times.  Temperatures will rise into the upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior and lower to mid-70s along the coast for highs.

TONIGHT THROUGH TOMORROW

High pressure will pass over the region with clear skies to scattered cloud cover.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures tomorrow will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for lows and mid-60s to lower 70s over the interior and lower to mid-70s along the coast and in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

SATURDAY

High pressure will pass off the coast with scattered cloud cover expected.  Winds will back to the southwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures on Saturday will range from the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid-50s to lower 60s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-70s over the interior, mid to upper 70s along the coast, and upper 70s to lower 80s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.

SUNDAY

A cold front will move through the region with scattered to broken cloud cover and isolated to widely scattered showers in the morning and afternoon hours.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s over the interior and mid to upper 60s along the coast for lows and upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior and lower to mid-70s along the coast and Delaware River Valley for highs.

LABOR DAY MONDAY THROUGH TUESDAY

High pressure will be in control with clear skies to scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-60s over the interior and mid to upper 60s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 70s over the interior and upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast and Delaware River Valley for highs.  Temperatures on Tuesday will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to mid-60s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-70s over the interior and upper 70s to lower 80s along the coast and Delaware River Valley for highs.

WEDNESDAY

A cold front will move through the region with scattered to broken clouds and isolated to scattered showers.
