An area of low pressure will produce scattered to broken cloud cover with isolated showers to widely scattered showers this afternoon and evening. Winds will be from the west at 5 to 10 mph. Temperatures will rise into the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.
TONIGHT THROUGH TOMORROW
Scattered clouds are expected with a few isolated showers a threat. Winds will be from the west at 5 to 10 mph. Temperatures will range from the upper 30s to mid-40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.
MONDAY
A weak warm front will lift through the region on Monday with a few isolated showers. Winds will be from the southwest at 5 to 15 mph. Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for lows and upper 60s to lower 70s over the interior, lower to mid-70s along the coast, and mid to upper 70s in the Delaware River Valley for highs.
TUESDAY
An area of low pressure will redevelop from western Pennsylvania to the New Jersey coastal waters on Tuesday with scattered showers in the morning transitioning to waves of moderate to heavy rainfall in the afternoon and evening, especially over northeastern Pennsylvania, central and northern New Jersey, southeastern New York, and Connecticut. Windy conditions can be expected along with some minor coastal flooding. Temperatures will range from the
upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid-50s to lower 60s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 50s over the interior and lower to mid-60s along the coast for highs.
WEDNESDAY THROUGH FRIDAY
A series of weak troughs and cold fronts will follow through the period with scattered to broken clouds along with isolated showers to scattered showers. Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.
SATURDAY
A strong area of low pressure will produce waves of rainfall and windy conditions. Temperatures will range from the upper 40s to lower 50s over the interior and mid to upper 50s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.
SUNDAY/HALLOWEEN
Scattered clouds by the afternoon and evening with breezy conditions. Temperatures will be in the mid-40s to mid-50s for lows and lower to mid-50s over the interior and upper 50s to lower 60s along the coast for highs.
