One storm exits but another is on the way with the threat of snow, sleet, and rain by Wednesday for the entire region.

TODAY

Scattered clouds are expected.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for highs.

TONIGHT 

Cloudy skies are expected as another storm approaches.  Winds will be from the northwest at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will fall into the mid-10s to lower 20s over the interior and mid to upper 20s along the coast for lows.

TOMORROW

An area of low pressure will approach with snow developing throughout the region in the morning.  The snow will mix over to sleet and then rain from the coast into the interior through the afternoon hours.  Snow accumulation is expected throughout the region initially before a change over to rain with the highest totals for elevations above 1,000 feet.  Winds will veer from the northwest to the east at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will rise into the mid-30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid-40s to mid-50s along the coast for highs.

TOMORROW NIGHT

The warm front will lift north with all precipitation changing over to periods of rain.  Winds will back from the east to the northwest at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will hold in the 30s and 40s over the interior and the 40s and 50s along the coast.

THURSDAY

A series of troughs will produce scattered clouds and snow showers.  Winds will be from the west at 10 to 20 mph.  Temperatures will fall through the 40s, 30s, and 20s throughout the day.

FRIDAY

High pressure will produce clear skies to scattered clouds.  Winds will be from the west at 5 to 15 mph.  Temperatures will range from the upper 10s to the lower 20s over the interior and mid to upper 20s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 20s over the interior and lower to mid-30s along the coast for highs.

SATURDAY

A cold front will produce scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-20s over the interior upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for highs.

SUNDAY

A stationary front will produce scattered clouds.  Temperatures will range from the lower to mid-10s for higher elevations, upper 10s to mid-20s in the suburb, and upper 20s to lower 30s along the coast for lows and upper 30s to lower 40s over the interior and mid to upper 40s along the coast for highs.

MONDAY

A stationary front will produce overcast skies with isolated showers towards evening.  Temperatures will range from the mid to upper 30s over the interior and lower to mid-40s along the coast for lows and mid to upper 40s over the interior and lower to mid-50s along the coast for highs.

TUESDAY

A stationary front will continue to waver over the region with overcast skies with scattered snow showers.  Temperatures will range from the single digits to upper 10s over the interior and lower to mid-20s along the coast for lows and lower to mid-30s over the interior and upper 30s to lower 40s along the coast for highs.
