A tornado watch is in effect for all of southeastern Pennsylvania, southern New Jersey, and central New Jersey through 7 PM this evening.  The thunderstorms will be capable of intense downpours, frequent lightning, small hail, and wind gusts ranging from 40 to 70 mph.  An isolated tornado will be possible. Flash flooding, hail damage, and wind damage are threats, along with poor visibility.
